All new franchisees are required to attend our initial 6 day training program at our campus in Florida. In the training we will cover:
Administration
Territory Management
Sales
Marketing your franchise
Sponsor Services
Software and Hardware
Sales Tools
Graphics
In addition, each new franchisee will receive up to 10 additional days in the field training in their own market, with a trainer from Corporate. Additionally our Franchise Development Team will work with you on an ongoing basis to help with sales and technical questions.
We will also hold regional meetings throughout the year to help franchisees and their teams hone their skills.
Our Town Meeting (Convention)
Every Year—all the franchisees come together to learn about exciting changes, improve their skills and get to know each other better. This event also allows us to celebrate successes of our franchisees.
It is not to be missed, and always generates fun and excitement.
