Our Town really gives folks a reason to visit us for the first time. I particularly like the New Mover surveys because they tell us how they feel, first about receiving the gift certificates in their welcome packages, and secondly, how pleased they are by their experience in our store.

I estimate we get a return of 70 gift certificates per month with a mailing that equals about 300 per month. Not only do I see results, I like the ease of the program. I don’t have to worry over it every month because Our Town handles everything. It’s great!
