Our Town is proud to introduce Mike and Linda Conway of The Tan Company. Mike and Linda have been patrons of Our Town since 2003.

We get back about 10 gift certificates per month, which is a response rate of about 5%. Our Town keeps us connected with new movers who are establishing new habits and new services. We find that there is a snowball effect involved regarding response, so be patient in the beginning. Our Town is a valuable marketing tool for us.

We offer introductory specials to new customers along with some other more saturated programs but with Our Town customers, we give them a free week. This seems to be effective for us because once they come in and see the special care and expertise our skin care consultants have for them, they come back.
