Our Town is proud to introduce Brug Jung of Ace Hardware of North Raleigh. Brug has been a patron of Our Town since 1999.

We get a tremendous response from Our Town! I would say we get over a 25% response rate!

We at Ace hardware of North Raleigh give added benefit to the redemption of Our Town gift certificates besides just tracking response. We automatically enroll certificate holders in our Ace hardware Frequent Buyer Club.

New sponsors in the Our Town program should keep their offer simple but try to install another promotion for these first time customers. It has been very successful for us.

In addition to household necessities, Ace hardware features fun items such as wind chimes and fun promotions such as free popcorn and sometimes, 25¢ hotdogs. Most people may not know that Ace Hardware of Raleigh even has a small engine repair shop where they can also offer screen repair, cut glass, re-key locks, mix paint and sharpen tools.
