Our Town is a turnkey operation. I do not have to do anything because Our Town packages are personalized and delivered to the new customer’s door. They bring the certificates in and they become new customers.

I believe that new sponsors to the Our Town program should be realistic about their expectations. When looking for new customers, you are searching for quality customers, and not just numbers. New movers are generally pre-qualified. Not only are they in need of a service, they have just bought a new home or rented a new apartment and obviously have money and even some credit.
