Years ago, I came to America with very little I could call my own. I had few, if any, job-ready skills, no college degree, and a very minimal understanding of American culture and the English language. What I did (and still do) have, however, was a tireless work ethic and endless opportunities at my fingertips. Despite the clear advantages other Americans in the workforce had over me, I was determined to overcome them and achieve the American Dream.
Today, as a multi-unit franchise owner and North Carolina area developer with Our Town America, the nation’s first and fastest growing new mover marketing franchise, I can happily say that I’ve fulfilled that dream and couldn’t be more satisfied with the personal and financial independence the franchise industry has supplied to myself and my family.
